Technically its 72 hours is already up and there are no votes from the PMC.  
Just 3 non-binding +1s from us.

Did my best to encourage activity of any kind.  If I don't see any by tomorrow, 
I might try spinning up some plan B binaries with OpenJPA pulled in.
