I think you mixed up between Twill and Clutch?

As for Twill, we are seeing potential new committers but bit missing on the
stickiness to

I am sure some projects outside use Twill already. I think graduation is
just another stepping stone for project to grow.
Hoping in the near future more new committers will be coming to contribute.
