Not too much to say, but i just want to share with you that I am also currently working on a proposal (from scratch). I stopped waiting for more information, and thus started on my own. Which is not open for discussion yet!

It's not much, and development won't take place in the weekend (I'll be visiting my parents).. the end-idea will be much more like the mozilla.org site than OOo (comments on the changes have been done in the html source). Note that I haven't done anything on design really, mainly _limiting links_ and fitting stuff into a basic lay-out.
