In response to John, it is intended to replace all websites, but we can apply the new styling to only a selection of subdomains, if required.

I believe we should only make changes site-wide (e.g. to the global style sheets) if there is a test server available. There are many places where projects have done strange things with the site, and they need an opportunity to find new work rounds if the site is changing.

We should also not do stuff unless we can get it to work with IE. I know it's a pain, but I guess that's still what the majority of visitors use (Louis?).

We actually do still have access to the staging server; Stefan discovered that CollabNet had not pulled the plug on it.

I can give access to the usual crowd plus Ivan, who is new. But I think that Maarten and Christian still have access.
