Fonts are very underestimated, and honestly I loose faith when I see
Windows-specific CSS configuration like Verdana, Arial or Helvetica.

Anyway here are other topics beside my personal OS orientation. The
wiki is mostly about text, so is very important. I would recomend
ya'll to read or at least browse through the typography section from
the guys from AlistApart.com

Specially this article:
http://www.alistapart.com/articles/readingdesign
and
http://www.alistapart.com/articles/elastic

more than looking nice we should be more pragmatic and allow true
accesibility in our fonts.
