I have implemented the new header size on the OOo website, as well as
making the switch from Verdana and Arial to sans-serif for all fonts.
Kay has added the new homepage code, including the new download
button.

Now.. just one more question and then I will be quiet :). The wiki has
no underline for links (only for mouseover), while the homepage does.
This is a pretty big difference, and in terms of accessibility for a
small proportion of color blind users it could be a problem if the
only cue for a link is color. The question then is, do we have
underlines for wiki links? Or do we have no underlines on the
homepage? Or do we keep the two separate?
