Hi Cor,

I think it is a great idea. to put the important link at the top of the
support page.
There should also be made a clear separation between "official community
support". So those that are all started from out of openoffice.org such as
the wiki, forum or documentation project and all the unofficial external
sites such as oooExtras and the external sites such as 8daysaweek.

Also commercial books should be maintained on a separate page.

The Sun Microsystems support is no longer needed as it does no longer
exists.
Oracle Open Office offers a subscription plan with professional support from
Oracle. But this has basically noting to do with OpenOffice.org since it's a
separate commercial product. Perhaps a small notice that people who want
professional support can upgrade to Oracle Open Office or something like
that.

But as mentioned in an other topic: Is it worth the trouble now if we know
that we will be migrating to the project kenai in the near future? On the
other hand, we could experiment now to see what the result is before we move
away from Collabnet.
