Those are all separate pieces of software.  It may be work to replace
them, but once any given component is up and running it is trivial to
make it look like a seamless part of a single site, whether or not they
are even on the same machine.

The existing bug tracker can be used or it can be replaced with RT, OTRS.

That, too, is separate software.  Mailman or ezmlm are two choices.  The
existing mailing list software can be used, or it could be upgraded.

www.kenai.com has nothing readily visible nor is wikipedia useful for
most FOSS software anymore.
