When zeppelin is built with the -Ppyspark profile it downloads the entire
spark binary (as @bzz mentioned). So a -P r makes sense. During a zeppelin
release, it could build zeppelin with an R profile in the full packaged build.
I believe -Ppyspark is in the profile for the full build upon version releases.
R could be as well.
