I can also update the script I contributed for the virtual machine found in
`/scripts/vagrant/zeppelin-dev` to include the required R components and
commonly used R packages. Since SparkR is a core component of Apache Spark, as
is Python support native to Spark, I think having R as part of the virtual
machine base build makes sense.
