You can set an override for Fedora / EPEL default assignees in yaml files stored here, like this one for maven: https://pagure.io/releng/fedora-scm-requests/blob/master/f/rpms/maven 1. fork the repo 2. modify files for packages 3. set default assignee for EPEL to someone else 4. open a Pull Request 5. wait Just look at some of the other packages for the correct formatting. I'm on mobile right now so it's a bit hard for me to look for a fitting example just now.
