This is certainly true.

Though at the moment, we do not lack RPM pachages. We do lack Fedora flatpaks
built from RPMs if we want "Fedora flatpaks" to have any future at all.

RPM -> flatpak is too difficult for existing packagers, and
impossible for willing contributors who are not packagers.
