Each case does have an ID, but I haven't seen them in one place. There is a
horribly outdated website here:

http://www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/onlineservices/xhibit/court_lists.htm

which is the source of the scraped information here:

http://causelist.org/

It looks like there is an attempt at modernisation here (new to me):

http://www.justice.gov.uk/guidance/courts-and-tribunals/courts/daily-court-hearings.htm
