Why hasn't it been done since?
Simply because it takes a total of four working days to produce the
stats, every time, two of a developer's time, two of my time, and that
time has simply had too many other demands on it.
The reason it is so slow to produce these numbers is because we have
to vet all the data manually to make sure that obscure problems
haven't lead to us being unfair on an MP - saying they were a bad
correspondent when they were actually a good one.
Is the vetting something which a volunteer could do, perhaps over a
weekend? Presumably it's not time critical or essential to MySociety, so
if someone volunteers and it doesn't get done within X days it's not
going to be a major problem.
