I think that you explained very well why we used postcodes as a shorthand for 
the PAF! But I am happy to personally take a public whipping for the misuse of 
terms as long as you guys all write to the minister, which is what matters here 
and now!

The emails to Fallon are meant to strengthen the hand of the ODUG people who 
are currently in negotiations. They will make sure the minister gets it right.

We have a pre-canned email in our messaging system 
http://www.openrightsgroup.org/campaigns/postcodes  

but you can delete it and write in your own words… including the subject line 
:-)
