I just had a meeting with my manager, and discussed the issue. His attitude is like this: If he would have a project plan that consisted of a number of tasks, and with these tasks would be an indication of cost if (for instance) dta would execute these tasks, than he would discuss this list with the internet managers of other broadcasters that use mmbase (i.e. vpro, eo, ...), in order to spread cost and get as much done as possible. That's pretty good. The downside is that the 'mixing projects' trick won't work, becouse he wants to sponsor specific tasks at best. Ernst
