Agreed.
Based on the guidelines in 
http://wiki.qt-project.org/Creating_a_new_module_or_tool_for_Qt

We should have two Qt addon projects created in gerrit:
"Qt Ftp" (qtftp.git) hosting the QFtp class
"Qt Http" (qthttp.hit) hosting the QHttp class

Retaining the Q for source compatibility with Qt 4.
License should be the same as Qt Base, as the code is being moved from there.
