Charlie, it's this kind of attitude which switches off developers like a
lightswitch.  True, Mitel is under no obligation to help you.  However, as
Darrell has mentioned, he is putting HIS time and effort into improving YOUR
product.  Asking for a little help from time to time is to YOUR benfit as
well as his, not to mention the supposed reason this forum exists in the
first place.

Why do YOU not understand these basic facts?  Perhaps there's a reason this
forum is going quiet - development is slowing to a halt, and as time goes
on, you seem to become less and less helpful, and more and more rude.
Speaking for myself, it's the reason I no longer test betas of SME server.
