I see no need to prioritize working on this in the near future.
WoT-integrated Infocalypse features still work without
GetIdentitiesByPartialNickname. It falls back to GetIdentity, which
means for non-local identities the entire identity ID must be specified.
This removes the convenience of partial matching, but it does still
function.
