Am I missing something, or is this not entirely a client issue with
no bearing on the protocol or nodes at all?  Yes, "Storable.Encryption"
or something like it is a good way to implement this, and maybe we
should recommend that; but the existing nodes do exactly the right
thing already, which is nothing.
