Well, I know C++ but I think I could live without cin and cout..
I think I still remember most of the types printf() can take... :)

Now I'm completely ignorant of Java, but wouldn't using C++ make it
easier to port stuff back and fourth between the java and C versions
of freenet? Again, I have zero experience in porting anything...
