Hm, I don't know which scheme you have for the version numbering... But
since the key index handling changes dramatically in the new version,
wouldn't it be good to do a larger step? Say, 0.3.9?

Oh, and a question for Brandon - how does KeyIndexClient -list work now?
Surely it should be possible to list past or even future key indices. Will
there be a date argument? (Maybe a relative one, -1 meaning yesterday etc.)
