No, actually, it's just a performance improvement. I don't believe
there's an interface change at all. 0.3.8.2 is going to be fine, I
think.
By the way, we don't usually like doing releases one on top of the
other, since it looks bad. You're getting a special exception because
you're so insistent. You better make this worthwhile.
