See my reply to a similar post about a hour ago, that is caused by an old 
version of the node configuration dialog which will be changed soon.

That is nothing the installer can do about, I download the current 
seed.ref from http://freenetproject.org/seed.ref which is generated 
daily from the .ref entries in CVS.
