tough in what sense? I can do a very tough net with 2 nodes. If the network is really tough will be only seen when we have a large userbase. And there is no way around opennet. The darknet is not satisfying for most of the userbase. Installing process is nice in 0.7, but if you need 2 hours to get your links before starting... well go figure... In fact: WE already have an opennet, and on my side already with changes in link structure every now and then. Yeah its slower (the link changes) than a real opennet implementation, but it is not that far different.
