This really depends on what you really mean. For all the shapes defined
in XML (see $(prefix)/share/dia/shapes/), you need an XML file describing
how to draw the shape and where to place connection points and an image to
use as the icon.
Just taking a screen shot from another program and creating icons for the
toolbox is not enough to use the shape in dia.
