Nobody needs more than one (good) D build tool. How many build tools does
Go/Scala/Haskell/etc. have?
Regardless if it's in the compiler or not, the only real requirement is
that the source is maintainable, and the barrier to contribute to it is
low enough (hurray for GitHub).
