How on earth do you dare to state 'we ARE aware of  these problems, and we
ARE doing something about it'.
Even after 12 months of 'we ARE doing something about it' you haven't been
able to fullfill the promises you made more than 12 months ago.
I remember VERY well that Scott Allan stated that the RSP to RSP transfer
would be implemented 'in the next release'. That OpenSRS promised a much
better accounting of our credits and the domain years. No Chuck, I don't
believe in OpenSRS' promises anymore. This is the last e-mail I am sending
to this list about this subject. I think I have made my point, and I cannot
imagine anyone not agreeing.

One last comment: if you, as OpenSRS product manager, do not have the
information .... who would ...
