Coupla small differences:
- NSI sends actual snail mail invoices.
- we have very few names transferred away from us, it is a much smaller
problem in terms or names
However, this is no justification for this behaviour. We will have
something in place to correct this real soon.
As an ironic aside, after speaking with NSI for some time, I now have a
commitment from senior people there that they have stopped invoicing for
names transferred away from them. If you become aware of any recent
invoices (in the last 30 days) from NSI sent for names that they no longer
sponsor, please contact me directly ASAP.
