I have done some research this morning, and this is what we can do.

1. We'll create some HTML that is zipped up for you to use on your site
(we will be putting together in the next week)

2. We can create a white label site that launches each one of the windows for
each server type
for eg. Apache + ApacheSSL
http://www.geotrust.com/resources/csr/apache_apache_ssl.htm
that they would maintain. They will be making those actual instructions more
generic.

You could copy that site to your own, and as long as you link to those links,
the URL is hidden, and you don't have to maintain.
