Which is the same reply you gave me back in November when I raised this. Is there any possibility of escalating this as it has been an issue Tucows have been aware of for a considerable time now.

This linked page not only contains links to their instructions for generating CSRs for various web servers but also their retail price list for certs and a Buy Now link which takes the customer into Geotrust's own purchasing interface. It would appear this link is simply taking the customer into Geotrust's direct purchase area. Not only do we somewhat expect to be a little insulated from the CA's own retail offering but this is certainly confusing to customers who could get sidetracked into ordering something from Geotrust thinking they are ordering from us, or at minimum being confused over who exactly they're doing business with. Sure I can (and will) change the link in the client code to point to something on our own web site but it would seem much more appropriate for those instructions to be either served from a generic location at Tucows or made part of the templates in the client code. Any chance we could get this looked into? Thanks! Todd
