Hi Temi, It appears that for .de domains the DNS servers you specify must be authoritative for the domain before you register it.
Make sure that you have setup the domain in your DNS servers and it is resolving "dig @yournameserver englishforfun.de" (at a linux prompt) then try to re-submit the request. You should probably also check that your name servers have been exported to all the foreign registry's. There is an option to do that in the resellers control panel.
