What about blogging services that make it easy to create accessible content?
I've used joomla, blogger and tumblr, and although tumblr and blogger make it easy to just sit down and start blogging, they don't prompt for alt tags when you upload a photo for example, - something I would like to see to encourage the practice of creating accessible content - without people even needing to know what html is! . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
