Hi Nik, I am a huge Mac fan and Mac laptops are a great machines to use - especially for guerrilla testing using Silverback, giving presentations using Keynote and general day to day work.
However, I feel that Visio is a far more powerful tool for producing UX deliverables. I love Omnigraffle, but I feel that Visio has a broader set of features and stencils for IA/UX deliverables.
