You could also look at the prototype "Innovation Clinic" 
Cook Children’s hospital in Texas, which targets small practices of two to 
three physicians and also the North Shore-Long Island Jewish Health System 
which is setting up a program to offer GPs (and 7,000 other affiliated doctors) 
subsidies to adopt digital patient records.
