The idea of IxDA student groups has come up several times over the years,
and there is ultimately no reason not to start one. Here are a few questions
that have come up because of it:

--If there is already an IxDA local group in the area, how does the student
group from a particular school play into that?
--Do the regulations/guidelines for student groups (established school to
school) play well with the 'unorg' philosophy of IxDA?
--How do/should IxDA student groups interact with other established groups
on campus that may have similar interests/mindshare?

While we have an IxDA Local Leaders Basecamp for discussing local group
leadership, it seems like an additional Basecamp dedicated to groups on
campuses would be beneficial. Together you could have a support network to
discuss how to best approach this, and it would also give you access to
other IxDA local groups for organizational support and programing ideas.
Please let me know if you are interested and I'll set something up and add
you straight away.
