Hmmm, according to: http://www.google.com/cloudprint/learn/printers.html#info-hp All HP ePrint-enabled printers support Google Cloud Print out of the box...simple register with your ePrint email address on our (Google's) HP registration page. Differences between N911a and N911g.... g has 4.3" touchscreen (instead of 2.65"), does 20 ppm mono (instead of 18 ppm), has a 50 page ADF for double-sided scanning (instead of 35 page ADF)....though had a hard time finding any mention of this on HP's website.... scan or route fax to e-mail w/o a PC. The N911n bundles more stuff into the N911g. Like an additional 250-sheet tray, additional set of ink cartridges, and 50 sheets of glossy brochure paper. (at a savings of getting them separately...) There are some printers that scan both sides in 1 pass....like the Brother MFC-J4710DW. I know there were a bunch of different Photosmart 8450's when I got mine....I got the xi...think they had like 4 levels....base model didn't include the duplex printing module...they had two duplexor options....I got the one with the small photo tray (or envelopes). Then they had one with 250-sheet tray option. Which recall wishing I had gotten a couple of years later....when my OfficeJet died. I remember when I was shopping for a laser printer that having a 500 sheet tray or the option for, was original high on my list....it kept taking longer and longer because then I started looking at color laser. Though in the end I decided duplex mono was probably all I really needed (though between the time that my previous laser printer died and getting this new one on impulse....I had helped my dad set up two laser printers...the newest being a Brother HL-2270W (which I should've also gotten, since its a PCL6 capable printer?) But, he'd gotten that one as a Boxing Day special while I was visiting him in Canada... My previous laser printer was a Brother HL630 (before that I owned a Xerox 4045....now that was a laser printer!) Wow... CFL just blew ... sure makes a lot of noise. _______________________________________________ Discuss mailing list [email protected] https://lists.lopsa.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/discuss This list provided by the League of Professional System Administrators http://lopsa.org/
