I don't know about you all, but I've always struggled with managing passwords. Unfortunately, usually I resort to one of a few passwords that I normally use. Each is unique, but repeated on many sites.

i've used a number of different password managers over time, but was never satisfied with them. Keepass was pretty good, but keeping everything sync'd between at least a half dozen devices was impossible.

My father mentioned a program he found and was using called Dashlane.

It's free to use on a single device, and for $29.99/year, you can sync your encrypted password database among as many devices as you like.

I tried it on a single laptop, and was delighted at how it integrates with the most common browsers (Chrome, Firefox, IE)

I decided to purchase the subscription, and now have my passwords totally synced betweel all my systems; Windows, OSX. Linux is not yet supported.

i could go on and on. Suffice it to say, that it can import passwords, and do a lot of other stuff as well. It told me after my initial import, that I had one password which was used on more than 100 different websites. Needless to say, i've been changing this over time.

Rather than go on, I suggest you take a look at it at www.dashlane.com

If you do decide to sign up, use the following link:

Disclaimer: I am merely a very satisfied user.
