I may have missed something but the first discussion (aside from discussions of reimbursement for the face to face) seems to have been in March: http://governance.lopsa.org/Board_meeting_Minutes/10_Mar_2014 I would still appreciate seeing any notes you have, but from the list of projects I can reverse-engineer what the priorities are. My advice to the new board for next year is to use the f2f to get consensus on priorities and let the projects fall out of that. That way you have a clear set of priorities to communicate with the members, as well as to explain externally.
