No it does not.

* slack lacks threads, you cannot isolate discussion, which means it gets
confusing when more than one discussion goes on, and you cannot delete a
specific discussion you are not interested in

* you cannot delete and keep specific discussion or messages

* lack of threads means you need to answer right away or never, I often check
(and reply) email lists hours later

Ad hominem and insulting never helps a conversation. I wonder what email
client you use for the difference not to be obvious.
