is slack something we want even if it's free?
each additional independent communication channel we setup fragments our
(already small) userbase.
If it were to integrate with one of our existing channels (mearly providing a
new UI) I would not object in any way, but if the proposal is to either futher
fragment users, or replace one of the existing channels, more discussion is
needed.

paid level for free.
