I'd be happy to help, just as I've been before during other get-written-stuff-together efforts for LOPSA. Craig's item C does seem to be what is needed/wanted.
As a professional tech writer for over 25 years who cares passionately about LOPSA and sysadmin in general, I'm pretty sure I can readily complete what might need to be done, along with other interested parties, to meet the 8/14 submission deadline. Assuming most of us are busy professionals, my advice would be, "Let's start sooner rather than later."
