If Squeezecenter could control music flow to eg, Denon's range of Networked Audio devices does this not imply the death of Squeezboxes? Why have a transporter, squeezebox, duet receiver or boom when you can stream wirelessly directly to one of these:
http://www.usa.denon.com/ProductDetails/networked-audio-products.asp OK, maybe the Denon gear does not match the Transporter specs, but I'd guess it would come pretty close to squeezebox/duet specs. It appears that FLAC (and WAV) is supported directly by the Denon boxes.
