Mr Sinatra, I'm not knocking your brothers app. I was only commenting on pippins comment about the US' obsession with safety, and overly intrusive weather warnings are a pet peeve of mine.
I'm into skydiving, bungee jumping, whitewater rafting, and I never wear a seat belt nor my motorcycle helmet. I know and understand risks.
