In Berlin they announced yesterday that there will now be limited S-Bahnauskunft service for the week because they were not able to get the trains to the workshop due to the bad weather and now they have to service them first.
Just to avoid confusion, "bad weather " in this case meant 4(!) days of snow in December(!). This is just as unbelievable as the people calling in on the radio complaining that the streets can't be kept clean while it's snowing heavily the whole day.
