Hi, Whenever I try to order the playback through iPad upgrade using the in-app option, I am getting a pop-up indicating that I must first purchase the app that is associated with this upgrade. Obviously, I wouldn't have been able to reach this option if I hadn't already purchased the primary app! So, kind of a catch-22. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! Also, I realize that the answer may well be lurking somewhere in the 60+ pages of this forum, but I gave up after doing a search...
