TuneIn is independent of MySB for the most part. TuneIn actually receives a fee per player sold, I am not sure if they receive an ongoing payment beyond this. So in effect you have already paid for TuneIn. I am not sure if it could be left enabled in LMS, but their feed is a simple public OPML feed...
