Sure, but this is not what pkfox is looking for. He needs a way to retrieve all tracks with the info on what album the tracks belong to. I would be very surprised if a CLI command, or even a sequence of CLI commands, would export the entire library. I guess the best way to achieve that is by accessing the DB directly. But as you mentioned, even that will be very hard since LMS is very configurable.
