It existed but you need to be aware what it does: it's not to access services on a Touch using ickStream as a backend, it's to use the Touch as an ickStream device. You would have to use an ickStream controller to use it that way, too. It exists as an experimental applet and there are some experimental ickStream controllers but this is a different system to a Squeezebox system and not what we are primarily focusing on right now.
