Jim, I've been following the product line since I returned my Squeezebox last year when it did not perform as advertised.
A year later I am testing the latest Slimserver with Softsqueeze, just to see if the situation has improved. My friend, you have a major mess on your hands. I am not trolling and I would be glad to discuss the matter further, in vast technical detail. Sean and Dean need a permanent vacation. It is clear your company is understaffed and continues to push out products that are buggy. I've never seen a community with so many problems in my life.
